is awakening to itself. Awakening is about recognizing consciousness or
presence that is beyond the mind. This awakening results in a lasting
sense of deep inner peace. There are more teachers, books and

words and methods. All are a part of this new consciousness.
True and lasting healing is dependent upon this awakening. We are not
separate from our earth or from each other, even if we pretend that we
are. As we awaken we begin to recognize our connectedness to all
things, feel peaceful, and begin living life from a completely different
motivating force. This force is called many things such as love, God,
presence, truth, Zen, universal consciousness, the Dao, source. It
doesn't matter what we call it, it only matters if we are contacting it in this
present moment".
